His experience includes instructional systems design and training program leadership for over 100 clients reflecting the manufacturing, aerospace, and service industries. His strengths revolve around:

Jonathan has international project experience with companies headquartered in both Europe and Asia, working with manufacturing engineers to develop job-specific training solutions for front-line associates, and working closely with C-level leaders on cultural integration programs for both domestic and ex-patriot staff.
C. Michael Jones brings 40 years of experience reflecting the manufacturing, finance, and economic development disciplines as an integral partner in our Retraining Tax Credit practice.
Michael’s strengths revolve around his foundation in quality control and training management, along with his previous experience as the State of Georgia’s practice leader in refining the processes and protocols for the Georgia Retraining Tax Credit.
Michael has assisted dozens of companies navigate the GRTC process and as a result, he has provided tax savings to small, medium, and large-sized businesses saving these companies millions of dollars since starting his own practice and joining Workforce Training Partners as a practice leader.
